Warning: No convergence in MRS noise evaluation routine
« on: 2018 October 21 13:15:52 »
Hello.

I am working on processing some data that include HA and OIII in addition to the usual LRGB. After calibration and alignment, I have been using the same settings for image integration. The settings work for LRGB, but for the HA I get the subject warning and the low clipping is black and white. The following are my integration parameters:

Average combination
Additive Normalization
Weights: Noise evaluation
Median absolute deviation...Scale estimator
Generate integrated image
Evaluate noise
Sigma clipping Rejection algorithm
Scale + zero offset Normalization
Clip low and high pixels
Clip low and high range
Map range rejection

Default everything else.

Why would this setting work for LRGB and not for narrow band? How can I make it work?

Thanks in advance.
