Process Icons won't load

Can't load my stored Process Icons.

• I right-click on the workspace.
• Select Process Icons/Load Process Icons....
• The list of .xpsm files opens.
• I double-click on the desired file.
• The list disappears, but, the Icons don't load.

I tried several different .xpsm files but nothing happens.

Has always worked before.

Any ideas?

I found the Icons!

My system always opens up with Workspace 5. For some reason my system today is opening up in Workspace 1, so, when I loaded the Icons they did open, but, in Workspace 5.

Is there a way I can control which Workspace will be visible when PI opens?

Try moving your icons to Workspace 1 and then resave the icons. They should open in workspace 1 afterwards. Icons always open in the workspace they were saved and the location they were saved in. This is why if you going to share an icon it is best to position it on Workspace 1 and in the top left side. This assures it should be visible to any user on any screen resolution without scrolling or hunting. 

As far as Workspace 5 before you exit PI move to workspace 1 and then close PI. It should open in workspace 1 afterwards. PI always opens to the last workspace used except when opening a project. In that case it opens to the workspace that was open when the project was saved.

You can remove workspaces that you don't use by moving to that workspace and from the workspace menu drop down to destroy workspace.
