Monitor Color Management: sRGB or AdobeRGB necessary?

I am planning to buy a new 27" Monitor to use it for PI. Therefore the question whether it is important for the work with PI whether the monitor can process sRGB or AdobeRGB?
My favorites are BenQ SW2700PT (within AdobeRGB) or Eizo EV2750 (only sRGB).
Does anyone know this monitors and can say whether they are suitable for PI?
best regards!
Peter

I like to have a wider gamut than sRGB, especially for images that I'm going to print. My processing monitor (NEC PA302W) gives very close to full AdobeRGB coverage.
Cheers,
Rick.
