Integration problem with BPP

Hi, just happened with images from last night.
Done lots images with same setup without problems before.
Subs images are not empty for sure.
Some parameter i must adjust maybe ?

Your subframes might be OK. However, did you check your calibrated lights? Check the histogram in high horizontal zoom: are they clipped? Alternatively check ImageStatistics (important: with 'Unclipped' unchecked, this is the default setting): is count (%)  < 100?

If the calibrated frames are clipped, there went something wrong in the image calibration.

Calibrated sub is as you say, %=0.4!

Now what went wrong with calibration ?

OK, did a new set of flats, middle of the histogram with Nebulosity4.
Ran them in BPP, which created a master flat that look normal, bunnies and all.
Used this master in BPP again and got the message in attached picture.
If i choose to continue nevertheless, BPP quits.
Notice diagnostic says no flat selected !

How do i get around this ?

Now what went wrong with calibration ?

ImageStatistics and histogram show that this calibrated light ("NGC5466-1-300s-14-CFW0_c") is saturated. I expected that it was clipped at the left side, not at the right side of the histogram. I have never seen a calibration result like this and don't know what happened. This is not supposed to be the result of a wrong MasterFlat.

Thanks for your guide, learned a few things.
Re-did all calibration frames with same EZCAP capture soft that came with my QHY cameras.
Same result, but as i have said i did many images that were fine before.
I think it is just an unusual set of circonstances, very dark sky, low gain, very tiny stars with the 200mm lens,
low noise CMOS, etc.
Will see with real target, new set of calibration masters.
