Hello all,
I have an set of images where the frame captures both the orion nebula, horsehead nebula and the flame nebula. I also have some other images with much better exposure times for the orion nebula separately. I would like to use all my available data and enhance the original frame with all the nebulae in it. I tried to:
- stack each set of images separately, DBE each drizzle integrated image , color calibrate and SCNR
- Register all stacked images to the main frame (which also has the lowest integration time)
- I tried to use HDR to combine all the stacked images
However the output is always based on the framing of the registered image with the longest exposure time.
Any advice on how to go about doing this? Thanks!
