Make PixInsight defualt for opening fit files

I have been looking for someway on Windows 10 to make PixInsight the default program to open fit and fits files.  So far, no luck.  Can someone help me locate the the main .exe program file or is there some way from within PixInsight to do this?

go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs and click the option to associate a file extension with a program

I would have already done that but PixInsight is not listed as available and I cannot find the application or .exe program to associate with the fit files.  I have looked in the program files under PixInsight but there is no .exe unless it is in some directory I cannot find or see?

'C:\Program Files\Pixinsight\bin' is where Pixinsight.exe is located for normal installation.
