Thanks for the feedback !

I checked the properties with the view explorer and I can find the CFA path information after Debayer process but not after using the script. I should maybe try to use the "move" output option instead of "copy".
Using the script with the raw CFA files sounds a bit weird to me but I should give it a try.

Yes ! good idea  :D

I'm testing bayer drizzle too but don't want to give up Subframe selector process.

On the other hand, I don't have good results for the moment. Too much green halos around my stars with this method.
Maybe should I try again

Unfortunately, it doesn't works. Moving the pictures with subframeselector keep the CFA tags but no weight is visible in the FIT header

This script is not color sensor friendly  :-\
I tried it on the raw CFA files, it works, but then you lose the CFA pattern information so you have to manually specify the pattern to the debayer process. That's not a big problem but still...

There's a known bug in the SubframeSelector script (deleting some fields). The bug is already fixed and available as a processing module at: https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=11780.0

That version doesn't delete the CFA fields. From the thread you can find binaries for Windows/Linux/OSX platforms, and if I read correctly, the module will be made an official part of PixInsight in future.
