Saving Customized Processes
« on: 2017 November 26 13:01:20 »
At the beginning of a project I normally create a custom Dynamic Crop and Dynamic Background Extraction process.  I may do others within a specific project, but these two are always done, and used throughout the project.
Once a process is customized for the particular target it is named using the Set Icon Identifier routine.  Then to save the custom process, I use the Save Selected Icons routine.
I would request that when doing the Save, that the name previously chosen in the Set routine be the default rather than the name "untitled".  I've already named the icon for the workspace and would prefer for that to become the default for the Save.
Thanks,
Mark

When I type the new name for the icon I select all & copy the text so I can paste it as the file name as well.  It's only three extra keystrokes.

Cheers,
Rick.

Hi Rick,
yep that's what I do too.  Sometimes I forget.
It just seems that you would want to "save" the same name as "set".
So making it the default would be intuitive.

Thanks,
Mark
