unable to compute noise estimate

Hi, I have a new camera, QHY168C, and I am unable to use BPP to integrate my images.
I use a full set of calibration frames.
Tried different setting for high and low with winsorized sigma clipping, no joy.
Any suggestions ?

Some more information:

I used 50 bias frames, 20 darks same length and temperature, 20 skyflats centered histogram in Nebulosity4

Here is an STF of a single sub with output of noise evaluation script.
