Installation Carlos Milovic's process failed

Hello everyone,

I tried to install the processes of Carlos MILOVIC available on his website without success (Spikes-pxm.dll, HDR-pxm.dll, CMSegmentation-pxm.dll, CMIntensity-pxm.dll, CMGeneral-pxm.dll, CMConv-pxm.dll and TGV-pxm.dll).

My configuration:
Windows 10 64bits
3.20 GHz processor
RAM 8.00GB
PIXINSIGHT 1.8.05.1353

I try install modules by "Process">"Modules">"Install modules..."




Can you help me ?

Thank you for your reply ... Many tutorials use these processes that seem to really work well .... it's a shame.

That's one of the problems with tutorials that use add on tools/modules that are not officially supported by a product. When a product is updated then the tool many times need to be updated. It's very important when using tutorials to notice the date when the tutorial was produced. One thing you could try is contact the person who produces the tutorial and see how they are handling that section of the tutorial now that the modules no longer work. Hopefully they have another method to share.

Software like PixInsight evolve very fast these days. The tools used to create software like PixInsight evolve at the same time which is why many third party add on modules have to be updated also.
