PI won't start up.

PI won't start at all. You see the blue starting circle for a few seconds, and then nothing.
The PI blue icons are missing, just a white page icon is visible.

I tried a repair, but that failed. Gave message like 'missing valid install file...'

I installed and purchased PI only a few weeks ago.

I tried a windows restart and that fixes the problem for the first start up, then the problem comes back again.

Fixed: Downloaded latest version. Used the Repair tool. Working OK.
