Hi, wonder if you can help? I have downloaded the new s/w version on my laptop (which runs microsoft 10 and is powerful and new) and the software crashes all the time. The previous version worked fine. Is it just me or is there an issue. What should I do? thanks!!
Just to add to this, I have de-installed and reinstalled three times and when it allows me to added any updates. I'm afraid it almost immediately locks up. Cab you help as I want to process some data?
As I said the previous version worked fine and now I have no version that works.
