Canon 5d4 RAW support?

I searched but it did not return any result. Sorry if it is a repost.

Does PI support Canon 5d mark4 RAW? It reads but looks very different from JPG image.

I'd also be interested in an update here. Originally the 5D4 raw files loaded as a split image, now they load, but I see the full sensor array (black bar on two sides) with incorrect levels. I get this result with 1.8.4 and 1.8.5, on MacOS X.12.6, X.11.x, and X.9.x. Am I missing something obvious or are others (still?) seeing this issue?
