I'm having the same problem running a Dell XPS15 at a screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 running Windows 10. The bottom of the Pixinsight window is missing. I can resize it by clicking on the maximize button but as others have mentioned, as soon as I open another file I'm faced with the same problem. If anyone can offer a suggestion It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Marc,

Go into Global Preferences/Core UI Resources and make sure that Automatic UI rescaling is disabled and set UI scaling factor to 1.5.  That's what works on my XPS15.

Cheers,
Rick.

Thanks Rick,

I followed your instructions and unchecked Automatic UI scaling and was able to get the bottom of the screen to stay put with a UI scaling factor of 1.00 wiith my settings.

Thanks again!

Marc
