Yes. I plan to do it, but not in a few months.
It is already at VizieR (http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Cat?I/337), so it should be easy.

I have already uploaded to GitHub the implementation of the catalogs Gaia DR1 and APASS DR9. Now Juan has to create the update.
