When to use clone stamp?
« on: 2017 May 20 11:36:32 »
Hi,

So I captured about 2 hours worth of data and it appears that there was some moisture somewhere on the optical train.  After doing a "rack, pack and stack" I have 6 blemishes on the final result.  Should I CloneStamp the blemishes before noise reduction or should I fully process the image and then CloneStamp the bad bits?

Out damn spot, out!

Probably better to clean them up early, IMO.

Cheers,
Rick.

Thanks Rick, I will try and clean the image before processing.  Upon closer inspection, I think I have to throw the images away ...  :-[

Note to self:  Buy Dew heater first thing Monday morning .....
