DynamicPSF - any way to automatically choose stars?

Is there any way to automatically choose appropriate stars for DynamicPSF?  I usually manually choose 60, sort by MAD, then choose 50 for the Export.  It would be great if there was a way to automate this.

A big +1 for me on this topic. I would LOVE to know how to do this.

It seems a bit backwards to manually select a bunch of stars and have a large percentage of them be unsatisfactory. It would make more sense to let DynamicPSF pick the appropriate stars.
