I hav a new FLI 16200 camera. I prepared a set of master darks for my library. I have a fe columns that are defects and that I understand I can correct for in CosmeticCorrection using the Defect Map. For one column, it is clearly cold pixels and two hot pixel columns. However, to the right of the cold pixel column, there is a faint hot pixel one, should I consider that one also for a Defect Map.
One further question, I have a little glow on left and right side which doesn't seem very visible in the individual dark frames - I assume I should not be concerned ?
The Master was using 24 frames at 60 seconds. Under statistics, the mean is at 1000.
