You're welcome Giorgio.
Obviously, the linked thread may not be the full solution to your problems, but it might help.
I recently had problems using StarAlign myself, and resolved these by trial and error - which is often the only way to make many of the tools in PixInsight's arsenal more effective.
You don't have to change every parameter, rather you should examine the tool's documentation (if available) or the parameter tooltips available when hovering your mouse over the fields on the process window - and then make educated guesses based on the information presented.
And, take the time to only change one parameter at a time - perhaps making notes as you work (a methodical approach will yield better results than the 'machine-gun' approach of randomly changing parameters in some vain hope of success). These notes might then be useful in the future, reminding you of what changes gave you the results you were looking for.
Finally, don't forget the information presented in the ProcessConsole as your selected process executes. It can be useful to make the ProcessConsole 'sticky' (or 'floating') and to even then move the window off onto a second monitor (if you use a multi-monitor setup, which can be a very wise investment when working with PixInsight, obviously along with a huge amount of physical RAM, at least four large and ultra-fast SSD drives, and a liquid-nitrogen-cooled multi-multi-core CPU [as you may already be aware, Juan is on a 'percentage kickback' from RAM, SSD and CPU manufacturers, for single-handedly keeping their industries afloat during these times of economic hardship
])
I hope this helps, and please come back and let us know if you resolve the issue.
