Uninstalled Pixinsight but need a manual confirmation from Pixinsight

Hi folks. The struggle continues. I was having issues with pixinsight so i uninstalled it. when I go the pixinsight page to downlaod it again, i get a email saying they now need to do a manual confirmation? As a result I have been waiting a couple of days to get a response back, but to no avail. Anyone know how long it takes to get a response back from pixinsight. All I want to do is reinstall it !

Did you delete the installer program as well? If not, run it again.

Are you a trial user or paid?
