Newbie GUI question
« on: 2017 March 07 07:31:04 »
Brand new to PI, and already loving it. But...

Is there a way to change the default size of the image windows? They are just too small on my screen, and I can't find any setting or way to set a default value for their height and width.

Also, when I drag them to be bigger, I can't find a way to zoom the image to fit. Every button I try just resizes both the window and it's image back down to the default value. (Their are about 3 zoom buttons that all do exactly the same thing... shrink the image and windows to default).

Thanks!

Thanks Alejandro.

I've read that article, but it didn't tell me how to make the image views bigger by default. I tried changing the dpi from 72 to 100 and nothing changed, and I don't see anything else related to the window size.

1:1 is too small, and 1:2 is slightly too big. So when I use the zoom window controls, there is nothing in between.

?

Surely in a program this complex and advanced, there has to be a way to change the default image window size.   :)

Or for that matter, set up custom zoom levels? It seems like I should be able to zoom with much more resolution with the scroll wheel than jumping from 1:1 to 1:2, etc.
