Help needed

I have downloaded pixinsight and i can't open the software. I have tried several times, but get the same message. please can someone help, as i really want to start using the program.

i wonder if your user account has Administrator privileges? not sure it is relevant but i have never seen this problem on OSX and my account has admin priv.

I really don't no, I have just signed up for the free trial, I just want it to work......
