Mac OSx supports multiple desktops. If Pixinsight is not running in the first desktop then its windows (particularly scripts) may appear in other desktops. I see this mostly when I start a long operation in Pixinsight and then switch to do something else while Pixinsight is running. This morning I was running a batch preprocessing in other than desktop 1. When it finished the script window was in desktop 1.
