Flats Acquisition

Hi

I ahve having problems creating a proper flay with my STF 8300C. I have flat man to take the flats. I am shooting so the averge adu is in the low 40000. My question is that the right value. I have seen 40000 is a good number for the STF 8300C but they do not say is that maximum value or average. So which is it Maximum or average?  Thanks for any responses

40k is pretty hot if you're going for the average. 40k max would probably be OK.

i usually go for 28-32k average value with my STT8300.
