Flat problem

Hi, on Win 10, 64, using BPP i get into this situation, it also cause PI to freeze.

Help appreciated,

Correction, it does not cause PI to freeze, but no flat is applied.
Now, why does this happen ?
You can see the master flat i used, with statistics, what is wrong ?

I have a second camera, QHY163C, same technique to make flat, no problem.
