help pop-ups and hot keys in OSX version

Hi, Not so much bugs but one of those things that eventually have me writing this request:

1) The help pop-ups when the mouse hovers over a control are a useful reminder: - the more comprehensive ones are often cropped and I have found no way to scroll down them to read to the end. As soon as I try, they close. Is there a way?

2) On some dialogs there are a couple of options (like Yes / No) with one that is underlined. Is there a way to access that from the keyboard, as the old Alt-underscored letter in windows?

on #1 - strange, this is a very old bug that i thought juan fixed - have not seen it in a very long time. whenever i had that problem, the tooltip that appeared when you hover over the label (vs. the actual control) would show up uncropped (or maybe vice versa, can't remember anymore)

on #2, not sure...

1) FYI: I also continue to see this problem on iMac Retina 5k on script tool-tips in particular. The problem is not something I can reproduce at will so far, but it does occur randomly and occasionally, for both tool-tips with a few lines and with many lines.

I'm on the trial version, with mac os 10.10.5 and i'm having the #1 issue as well. I thought it was because of my limited resolution on my old macbook pro (not officially supported), I therefore didn't say anything, but if it happens on the retina 5k as well I guess that's not it

Im also having this issue. Macbook pro retina 13" OS X 10.11.1 Also using trial version
