Title: DBE sample generation add/delete for selected area

Hi,

Somes times i want apply DBE to correct wrong flat calibration. (new dust in optics or bad masterflat or ??? )
To correct this via DBE tools, i set manually manymany samples in the problematic area.
I think, will be good to generate samples for selected area.
