Title: PCLLIBDIR64 ambient var in windows setting?

Hello

The readme file in PCL claslib indicates that this ambient variable should be set as $PCLDIR/lib/<platform>/x86_64
but in my decompressed lib this directory does not exist.
Instead, the directory available is  $PCLDIR\lib\windows\vc12\x64  is that ok?

Yes.
Also, to not broke anything, you may copy the folder contents to newly one, named x86_64
