Title: Pixinsight on a new laptop

Hi,

I am sorry to post this question here but I have upgraded my laptop  I can not activate the PI on the new machine, I have copied and pasted the original username and activation code from the email that I recieved when  I had paid for PI but I get the message " Server syas invalid Authorisation code" . I have emailed PI guys from the main home interface a few days ago but I have not had a reply yet.

Thank You very much for your pointer, I had to set my self up as ADMIN and now it works.
