Hi John, maybe you can get a good amount of participants to apportion the costs involved and invite someone to go to teach. Something like that we did in Buenos Aires a few months ago when Carlos Milovic came. It was a fantastic experience. http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=3849.0

With a good number of people the value is greatly reduced and can be faced.

I asked some time ago about the possibility of making a workshop in the UK, but then there wasn't too much interest... Perhaps now? As a sample, you have the online information of the workshop I did at Adler Planetarium:

Would get my vote for one here in the UK...  I will try to drum up support over on the UKAI forum - the more that indicate, the better the chances?
