Title: PixInsight 'window' menu doesn't list all open files
Post by: Nocturnal on 2007 October 07 07:33:22
This is pretty standard user interface design. The window menu should list all open files so you can easily bring one to the foreground. Could you please fix that? I consider this a bug rather than an rfe so that's why I posted it here. I use the default (XP) style.

Thanks,

To change between windows, you can use the View Selector, a toolbar placed (by default) at the lower left corner of the main PixInsight window. It doesn't show files though, but views.

Hi David,

yes, I noticed that later. I still think this standard behavior should be implemented to shorten the learning curve. I know the good folks at Pleiades have their own ideas as to what's 'standard' but I'll do my job as a tester and keep lobbing these :-)

Thanks,
