Title: PI Registration Number

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a Registration number for PixInsight?

 I am on the trial and paid for a lic last night ( about 12 hrs ago I guess ), got the confirmation from paypal but no reg number from pixinsight.   I'm leaving for a star party tonight and most likely won't have internet access for a week and I don't think the trial ( I have about a month left ) will work without internet access.

Anyone have any ideas ???

Hi

Most people get their licence within 24 hrs , most times quicker  O:) If it not done I am sure Juan will be there soon  ::)

Also please look in your spam folder as these seem very good at eating PI licences

Hi Harry,

Support got back to me, it seems one of my email servers was not providing a spf.  ( going to change my registered email address to avoid future problems ).

Anyway, I downloaded the comm version... activated it and all is well with the world... ( well at least on my laptop <g> ).

So far I've been super impressed with PI.  I've even gone back to some old data I had and did some basic stuff in PI to improve what I had done in the past.

I figure I now know how to use about 2 percent of PI's capabilities and even with just that, the product is worth every penny.
