Title: Color Calibration tool guidance request

Hi all,

I would like to take advantage of the color calibration tool, but I really don't understand how to make best use of it. Is there a tutorial somewhere that I just haven't found yet? I'm the kind of guy that learns something best by seeing it done once, so a simple example of the settings used would be most helpful for me.
