Juan,
Please add checkmark "save sum to file" in Image Integration module.
With this addition, possible done preprocessing via one run of ProcessContainer and I hope via script too.  ;)

Do you remember the "Monster" threads  (http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=2013.msg13007#msg13007) and Script to align, integrate and calibrate (http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=1922.msg13003#msg13003) ?

Glad your working on it. Perhaps Juan could make the changes soon. I calibration, registration and integration would be adopted by more users.
