He actualizado mi web con una página que recoge algunas presentaciones que he ido realizando sobre temas de astrofotografía. Las dos últimas hacen referencia al procesado de imágenes RGB y al uso de varias herramientas de PixInsight. La página y las presentaciones están en castellano:

Hi all,

I have updated my website with a few presentations on astrophotography topics. The two more recent are devoted to RGB image processing and the use of several tools on PixInsight. The presentations are unfortunatly only in Spanish

Unas presentaciones muy interesantes que he copiado y estudiaré con detenimiento.
Lastima que no me enterara de la existencia de ese seminario.

is there a way we non spanish speaking individuals could translate the spanish into english with a PDf file?

There are some pdf viewers that allows you to select the text, and copy it anywhere (babelfish, for example). Then you may perform a translation.

h0ughy, I apologize but I have them only in spanish. They are too long for me to translate in present situation. I hope the suggested translator will help you. ;)

thanks Jordi - i copied the text out and put it in word - then used the translator to convert so i could read most of it.  great presentation

Hi Max

A tool to measure stars and get FWHM and other data, is not available yet in PixInsight. However if I remember well, Juan explained some time ago that there were plans to work on that direction.
The software that I used for page 12 measurements is ImagesPlus.
