hello,
how can  I activate the information loupe in pixinsight as seen in the second picture in here https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=5149.0 (https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=5149.0)

Hello,

Look for the black triangle at the status bar (at the bottom of the PI window). Left-click the black triangle and select "Readout Data > Show Readout Preview". Now when you left-click and hold at a point of interest within an image, the loupe appears.
