Title: Star Net + install

Any one have a problems installing StarNet+ module after update to 1.8.8.5

To install starnet module on windows, you need to copy all folder content in bin/folder.
And you must to copy again starnet folder in bin.
Then install starnet, like any module.

And you have starnet  on proces module.
