Hello,

I am running into a problem after updating to the latest version. When I try to use the Real Time Preview in CosmeticCorrection, I am getting the following error:

Any help is greatly appreciated. The Real Time Preview opens, but does not function.

We cannot reproduce this problem on any platform. Can you please provide a repeatable pattern?

Hi Juan,

Oddly enough, I'm no longer getting the error, but now nothing at all happens when I click the circle for Real Time Preview. The preview window does not open, nor do I get any errors. I tested Real Time Preview in HistogramTransformation to see if the issue was persistent, but it works as it should.

After discovering that it wouldn't open at all, I tried reinstalling PixInsight and restoring the settings to default, but it didn't help. I've rebooted the PC multiple times throughout my troubleshooting. I also ran some tools to check my Windows system files, but no problems were found. Do you have any suggestions or are there any logs that I can provide to help you determine the cause of the issue?

Thanks
Jeff

I have a similar problem. I don't get any error message, but nothing happens when I hit the real time preview button. It worked 3 days ago. After that, the latest updates were installed. Earlier today PI didn't start, but ended with an error message related to Qt if I remember correctly. I ran a repair on the installation, and it started fine.
I'll be happy to provide more info if it's useful.

Lage

User error.
I've loaded the target frames, but not opened one by double clicking on it.  :-\
An error message please, when there is no opened frame?  :)

I can confirm that I do have an open frame, but still nothing happens when I click the Real Time Preview button.
