Title: PCC para un mosaico de 2 teselas

Hola a todos:
Los saludo desde Buenos Aires.
Quiero aplicar PCC a un mosaico de 2 teselas.
No me lo hace. No entiendo cual puede ser el problema. ¿PCC es sólo para un cuadro?
Por ahora aplico CC.

PCC requires the image to have a valid astrometric solution. Most mosaic generation tools do not respect the geometry of the image and generate deformations that are difficult or impossible to model in astrometry.

In PixInsight there are two reliable ways to generate mosaics that allow you to apply PCC:

• Use MosicByCoordinates to align the mosaic tiles. It is the simplest and most powerful way to get a mosaic with good geometric properties. The problem is that it is slow.
• Generate a synthetic field of the entire mosaic area with CatalogStarGenerator and align each tile with this synthetic field. If the covered area is large, you should activate the "Distortion correction" option of StarAlignment.

PCC requiere que se pueda resolver la astrometría de la imagen. La mayoría de las herramientas para hacer mosaicos no respetan la geometría de la imagen e incluyen deformaciones difíciles o imposibles de modelizar en la astrometría.

En PixInsight hay dos formas fiables de generar los mosaicos que posteriormente permiten aplicar PCC:

• Usar MosicByCoordinates para alinear las teselas. Es la forma más sencilla y potente de conseguir un mosaico con buenas propiedades geométricas. El problema es que es lento.
• Generar con CatalogStarGenerator un campo sintético del área completa del mosaico y alinear cada una de las teselas con este campo sintético. Si la zona cubierta es grande conviene activar la opción "Distortion correction" en StarAlignment.
