Title: Parallel Processing and Threads - Module Thread Priority Question

Looking for documentation on these settings.  Specifically 'Time Critical' vs. 'Highest'.  It 'Time Critical' considered Real Time in MS Windows? 

What threads / process needs to run in Real Time?  This can cause stability issues.
