Would be great if the script could highlight which of the images in each colour stack was the best one after SFS that it runs so that the best one is immediately identifiable with, say, a BEST suffix at the end of the file name that the script could write. That way, at integration, we can easily select that one as the master reference for that color.
EDIT: I know you can register all images with the best across *all* images. But *within* each colour if the best one could be highlighted this makes it easy then to identify it and to use during integration of that filter's weighted and registered images.
