Hi Everyone
I am trying to include an Ha image with lots of detail into my LRGB workflow. I want to use the blending script. I have removed the stars from the Ha image and 1st want to blend with the Luminance, so I am asking do you blend the Ha into the luminance or do you blend the luminance into the Ha ( I want to keep all the great detail in the a image) in regards to the Red channel I think I want to decrease the brightness of the Ha when blending into the RGB so that the Ha does not overwhelm the red channel. eventually will be doing an LRGB combination.
Any suggestion is apprciated

Hi Steve!
personally i would never mix HA and Luminance!!!
This creates wrong colors as L including the mixed HA will be distributed also to G and B
and will create pink nebulae when you do finally the LRGB.
I would first mix RGB with L to improve the G and B,
afterwards mix HA into the red channel of the
LRGB by using the script NRGB.
Never ever mix Ha and Luminance for LRGB! This creates wrong Colors.

EmissionLineIntegration script is another option

HI Gerald
Thanks for that information. I have just been trying to improve detail in my luminance image from the Ha image because the Ha has so much more detail.

Hi Evceryoner
I have come up with a plan and I will be just creating an SL (Super Luminance image with Lum and Ha data) than process as normal for an L(Ha)RGB (will insert Ha into Red Channel). Thnaks for the suggestions and the information
