Title: New taking advantage of new astrometric features

I was curious if there were any plans to take advantage of the new astrometric functionality to allow some specific use cases:

-discovery of new asteroids, debris, or satellites including the ability to detect asteroids in a stack, pull out light curves, and submit to the MPC
-exo-planet work understanding this would mostly require additional photometric features
