Title: BatchPreprocessing and use of weights in integration

I am pretty sure the Batchpreprocessing script does not make use of weights during integration.  I would like to apply a weight formula during SubframeSelection and have the FITS keyword used in integration.

Any thoughts on what needs to be modified?
