Title: Batch Preprocessing Script - file lists empty after reactivation

Hello,

since several versions of PI I have a problem with the batch preprocessing script. When I drag the little triangle to the desk, close the dialog and try to reactive it by double clicking it the icon and pressing the circle, my former settings are restored however the file lists are empty.

Am I doing anything wrong or do you face the same issue?
