Title: Internal Error: MainView()::~MainView()

Hi,

Attached is a screen shot of the PI session immediately after an Internal Error was caught.
I had just saved and then closed an xisf file and then PI immediately displayed the dialog: Internal Error MainView()::~MainView();

Before I saved the file I had executed an LRGBCombination

[The file I closed seems to be OK. Unfortunately I didn't save the project before I closed that file, so the history is gone.]
