PMCC always fails on Drizzled images.  PMCC should ask if the image was Drizzled (DrizzleIntegration) and by how much in the Image Parameters section.  I can get PMCC to solve if I take into account the Drizzle Scale.

Example:  My sensor pixel size is 6.54.  If I Drizzle by 2x and half (1/2) the Pixel Size (3.27) PMCC will always solve.
