I am a noob, and I can not calibrate each channel lrgb, of the asi1600 mm pro, together with the dark and flats. i need some help here, please.

I think you might need to be a bit more specific about what you have tried and what sort of help you need.

Take pictures with the filters rgb, ha, sll, olll, but they have not been integrated as members, and with the different binning, my problem is the first part, until the final photo can be obtained before the whole process, I used to I had a 450d canon, which did not have to be processed by color, just stack and calibrate, now I have filters.

Load the calibration files and lights into BatchPreprocessing to get the calibration and registration done. Then create a master for each filter with ImageIntegration adjusting the rejection parameters carefully to maximize SNR (keep the amount of rejection as small as you can while still getting rid of anything you don't want.) For RGB data you can combine the colours now and process as you would have done with the OSC data from your 450d. For advice on narrowband you'll find many threads on this forum or check out some of the tutorials and other resources that are available.
Cheers,
Rick.
