Title: Preview Difficulty

I am having difficulty generating a preview.

Using Pixinsight on macOS.

The New Preview button on the toolbar is grayed out.

When I right click on the image and go to Mode the New Preview is grayed out.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Canyon,

Since no one has tackled this...I can name one scenario in which your symptoms will be true.
If you are trying to create a preview on a PREVIEW and not the base image (the uppermost tab).
This may not be your issue... but the New Preview button and the same in the Mode menu will be grayed out as you describe.

You have probably turned off "Show Previews" in the Preview menu.
