Title: Crash when i push the button to open a folder or add file

Hi to all and thanks to the staff for accepting me on the forum  :).
I'm Sergio from Rome and this is my first post.
I download the trial version of PI and i'm trying to use it, but it crashes often, especially when i simply try to open a folder or add a file (see the attachment).
My pc is a notebook dell with windows 8.1, i7 cpu and 16gb ram. I download the 64 bit version of the software.
I can't do anything because of this problem.
Have you any suggestion?

search the forum for dell crash or dell problem. there is some pre-installed software that comes with dell machines that interferes with PI.
